Our Amplifier A-803i Sufficient for up to 6 x BS-200i. For stronger vibrations, multiple BS-200i units are more important than increasing the amplifier power. For example, 100 watts with 2 x BS-200i units vibrates more strongly than 100 watts with 1 x BS-200i unit. Multiple units also allow for lower frequencies due to the increased mass of the motor. Two units are optimal for heavy armchairs and heavy people, and two units each for sofa sections. For heavy sofas with 2-3 people, we recommend four units.

The heavy-duty terminals accept cables up to 4 mm² and banana plugs. The recommended amplifier is the A-803i, to which up to six BS-200i units can be connected. The underside must be flat and fully seated on the vibration surface. The best fastening method is with threaded screws and a toothed washer in a nut and washer. The mounting surface can be made of wood or metal. Any textiles, plastics, or other materials with a heat resistance below 120° Celsius must be removed beforehand. The installation location must be unobstructed to allow for cooling air circulation.
The 75mm voice coil boasts the highest achievable heat resistance to date, reaching 250° Celsius. The aluminum housing cools the voice coil through heat dissipation and ventilation. The oscillating magnet system is securely guided, even at high power levels, by two fiberglass-reinforced centering rings. The Bass Shaker BS-200i's tuning is around 35 Hz (resonant frequency), resulting in highly controlled bass transients without a muddy sound, compared to softer magnet suspensions.
We recommend 50-70 Hz = HIGH CUT from approximately 9:00 to 9:30, however, for games and racing games, the BS-200i can be run up to 150 Hz = HIGH CUT from approximately 11:00 to 13:00.
Rule of thumb: 1 x Bass Shaker BS-200i for max. 100 kg (please include seating in your calculations) .

The BS-200i units are screwed to 19-22mm thick MDF panels at the front or back of the frame corners. The MDF panels have a minimum size of 16 x 16 cm and are screwed and glued to both frame slats. If there is sufficient clearance, the top of the BS-200i can face the seat.
